Click Fraud

Are you using search engine advertising to promote your small business? If so, the following news story provides some cautionary information for search engine advertisers:

The ruse has different twists, but the end result is usually the same: Merchants are billed for fruitless traffic generated by someone who repeatedly clicks on an advertiser's Web link with no intention of ever buying anything.
It is important to be vigilant. Refunds from search engines to cover bogus or fraudulent clicks do not compensate for your lost sales opportunities.
